Gabriele presents a new Pilates course which is a congenial combination of indoor and outdoor trainigprograms. The fundamental Pilatesexercises are demonstrated on the mat. Pilates Extra is focussing on using Nordic Walking poles and frequently demonstarted while standing.
The program aims to use the poles for many exercises as well as to combine the advantages of both movement techniques.
Pilates Extra – exercises train all muscle groups of the body.
They stretch, mobilize and strengthen. Furthermore they improve our balance, make our bodies elestic and due to the Pilatesbreathing the oxygen supply increases.
Breathing techniques complete the Pilates exercises and even brief relaxation exercises will not be missed.
